The calculator uses our current pricing models for materials and labour, so on typical scaffold and modular projects it’s usually within 10–15% of the final installed cost, assuming your dimensions and site details are fairly accurate. For a firm quote, we’ll always sense-check the estimate against drawings, photos and any extra information you can provide.

Rough measurements are okay – it’s better to give a sensible approximation than guess. If you’re unsure, use overall scaffold length and height or modular unit length/width/height, and describe any complex shapes in the notes. We’ll highlight in our reply where more accurate dimensions would change the price.

Yes. The default is to estimate installed cost (materials + labour + typical travel/plant). If you only want supply of shrink wrap materials, mention this in the notes and we’ll adjust the estimate accordingly in our reply.

No – all calculator estimates are shown excluding VAT. If you need VATinclusive figures for internal approvals, just ask in the notes or reply to the estimate email and we’ll supply both.
